Eat low fat dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese and avoid products high in fat like ice cream and hard cheeses. Eat healthy fat, not all fat is bad you know!
The monounsaturated fats found in avocados, nuts, olive oil, and fish oil are very good for you, as are the polyunsaturated fats found in seed oils. These can help you to lose weight.
